Paris and Preston had their 3rd litter of Yorkies on July 2, 2008!!!! In this litter Paris gave birth to 2 very tiny female Yorkie babies weighing in at 4 3/4 ounces, (((these 2 baby Yorkie girls are the smallest little girls Paris has ever had, so I do believe they will definately be very small and petite in size like their daddy Preston))) and 1 very tiny male weighing in at 6 7/8 ounces. I took them to the Vet to be checked out and to have their tails docked and dew claws removed on July 3rd, and they are nursing and doing real well! They should be ready for new loving homes in 6 to 12 weeks of age. I will only let them go when they are eating well. If anyone is interested in any of these Yorkie babies then don't hesitate to let me know, because they won't last long!

Princess Bella Rose Sansing AND Prince Preston Chance Sansing had their 1st Litter of Yorkie babies on 8-4-08, and Bella gave birth to 2 males, Unfortunately the bigger male was much to big for Bella's little body frame, and he started coming out with his back feet first and Bella started removing his bag before he was totally out of her and he was born dead,,,,BUT the very first Yorkie male came out with no problems what so ever and he weighed in at only 3 3/4 ounces and he is still very tiny,,,with a small little head, ears, nose, and small little angelic facial features and VERY SMALL PETITE BODY FRAME.
This litter was linebreed AND not by my choosing. I thought I had Bella Rose put up the right amount of days away from Preston her dad,,,unfortunately I miss counted her days in her heatcycle and Preston her dad got to her without my knowing,,,,and this was Bella Rose' very first litter. The little TINY TEACUP MALE is doing great and looks absolutely adorable. I don't plan on Bella and Preston ever breeding again as this was a one time thing here that took place without my knowing. I don't plan on ever linebreeing, although this little male that came from the litter is perfect in every way. I'm still looking to purchase a very small male to pair up with Bella in the near future.
If anyone is looking for a small little male with small facial features and very small little body frame then look no further because this little male is the complete package all in one. This little male will make an eye catching pocket purse baby. HE IS TINY!!! With the weight and size this little male was born with and by what he is looking like I think most definately he will be the size and shape of my Little Junior (see my breeders page for all my Yorkie breeders pic's). This little guy as a new born would whine and cry alot and I would go and get him out of his kennel and put him in my scrub shirt pocket and he would always get very content and happy and stop whining, he has now grown out of the whining. He is so very sweet and the tiniest little thing you ever saw,,,,and he will be looking for a new loving home when he reaches 10 to 12 weeks of age. When I took him for his first and second Vet visit everyone at the Vet Clinic had a FIT over how TINY HE WAS! He is definately a LITTLE PETITE LOVER BOY! HE'S GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Princess Paris and Prince Preston' 3rd Litter of Yorkie babies at 1 week of age! Paris had VERY TINY ONES!
They are so tiny and absolutely ADORABLE! I know the girls are definatley gonna be tiny and petite in size and the little male will be between the size of the dad and mom!
My CKC Registered Yorkie puppies start at $1250.00 and go up depending on the size of the puppy, and of all the care and Vet bills that goes along with raising the litter.
I usually always have some small type Yorkies in every litter as it seems there is a BIG DEMAND on that size, and those Yorkie puppies always sale for a much higher price. Although I can't guaranatee the exact size and color or coat of any Yorkie pupp,,,,BUT I can some what judge (GET VERY CLOSE) to how tiny they will be as adults by judging the size of the pupp at birth and by watching them grow and fill out more in the weeks ahead.
All my Yorkies are registered with CKC (Continental Kennel Club). I do plan on buying me a pair of AKC Yorkshire Terriers with champion in the bloodline in the future to add to my breeding program.
Whoever buys a Yorkie from me is more than welcome to change the puppys registration from CKC to AKC if they choose to do so!
I will continue to add pic's of these TINY LITTLE ANGELS as they grow more, that way all the folks that are really interested can see how they are progressing.

Paris and Preston have 3 Yorkie male's, and 1 Yorkie female off of their very first litter that was born on February 23, 2007.
We will be keeping one male and one female and selling 2 of the Yorkie males.

I have taken all 4 Yorkie puppies and had their tales docked, dew claws removed, plus they have all had PUPP 1, 2, and 3, shots AND in 3 weeks they will be getting their last set of shots which will be PUPP 4 shots, so they will have had all their shots and be up to date on everything when they leave here to go to their new loving homes.
The new weights as of 6-18-07 Bella Rose the little female that i'm keeping weighed in at 3.3 lbs, the smallest little male named Junior that were also keeping weighed in at 2.3 lbs., Chase one of the males that i'm selling weighed in at 3.9 lbs., and Little Bear the other little male that i'm selling weighed in at 3.6 lbs. They were born on February 23, 2007 and they are now 4 months old and when they get their last shots they will be 5 months old and I will be updating this page with their newest weights and some more updated pictures of them all,,,SO CHECK BACK with my site for more updates as I add more information on all my precious pets. All Yorkie puppies are now SOLD,,,,,But I still have 2 males from my very first litter which turned 1 year old on February 23rd, 2008 of this year and are now full grwn. One male which I call Chase weighs 5 lbs., and the other male which I call Little Elijha Bear weighs around 4 1/2 pounds,,,, AND both of these male Yorkie adults have had ALL their shots and dewormings and is up to date on their Heartguard Plus. I'm asking $1000.00 for Chase and $600.00 for Little Elijha Bear, so if anyone is interested in either one of these handsome little darlings then email me or give me a call. Here is a couple of pictures of Chase right after I had given him a nice bath, Chase is currently in a long hair coat. Chase seems to love to be pampered and played with, and Chase just loves getting his doggie treats, and playing with his play toys, and of course playing with my 10 year old son. I think Chase would make an excellent breeder or a lovely house pet. I hope when he is finally sold that he goes to a loving home and is continued to be SPOILED as I have spoiled him in the past. Chase has had ALL his shots and dewormings and is up to date on his HeartGuard Plus,,,,So with me being out of pocket on all his vaccinations and de-wormings and all his care that I have given to him I'm asking $1250.00 and the price is FIRM! Here is a few pictures of Little Elijha Bear (Chase' brother) that I took today on 5-5-08 right after I had given him a bath and cut and trimmed on his hair. Little Elijha Bear was born on February 23rd, 2007, last weigh in he weighed 4 1/2 lbs., he is up to date on all his shots and vaccinations as well, and the price on him is $600.00. Little Elijha Bear has certainly STOLE my heart with all the sweet kisses he tries to give me when I'm brushing his hair. (LOVES ATTENTION AND TO BE PAMPERED) All my Yorkie's have the sweetest personalities and they have grown so attached to ME!!!! (Little Elijha Bear' ears does not stand perfectly straight up like his brothers and sisters does, his ears barely curl down at the very top somewhat,,,,,,but to ME he is still just as cute and adorable,,,,,,,and he has a AAA+++ personality!!!!! (I LOVE THIS LITTLE MAN TO PIECES!!!)
